Where do we ship from?

All of our products except for embroidered polos and jackets are shipped directly from our fulfillment plant at:
19749 Dearborn St., Chatsworth, California 91311

When do we ship?

We ship orders as soon as they’ve been produced which usually takes between 2 and 7 business days.

Where do we ship to?

We ship globally! You can confirm that we’ll ship to your area during the check out process.

How do we ship?

We offer a variety of shipping methods. You can confirm which shipping options are available to you during the check out process.

Shipping Rates?

Depending on the shipping method you choose your rate will reflect all necessary fees to your specific address.

Can I return or exchange an item, I ordered the wrong size or it fits too small?

Unfortunately no. We’re not a clothing store, all of our products are made on demand when you order them therefore we carry no inventory. We don’t have the ability to return products to resell them therefore all of our sales are final. If you have any doubt as to sizing please consult the size chart either embedded in the product description or see the sizing chart page. Please note some products that contain cotton may shrink when first washed or machine dried. We recommend customers order one-size larger if in doubt!

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute items for another make in the same colour or a colour as close as possible to the chosen item should the original item become out of stock or changed by our suppliers at no additional cost to you. We make every effort to ensure product images are accurate however due to differences in colour reproduction on various computing devices we cannot guarantee colour accuracy 100%

 

What happens if a shipment is returned because I supplied an incorrect address?

Foreign addresses sometimes have different ways of being written. Please ensure your address is correctly filled out during the check out process to ensure accuracy. If you made a mistake please get in touch with us IMMEDIATELY. We have 1-2 days to correct the mistake and provide the correct address with our supplier. Any incorrect addresses will result in the product being returned to our supplier. Additional shipping charges will be requires to re-send the item. It’s YOUR duty to supply correct shipping addresses!!
