This morning there was a posting on Teslarati talking about HUD they had seen in the new Mazda CX-9 and what the writer was expecting/hoping the Model ☰ will have in comparison. But no photos were of the CX-9's HUD were included so I went looking for photos. The HUD pix were not impressive.
BUT what did catch my eye was their 2-tone seats and how with a little tweak would be a great look for the Model ☰.

    photoshopped to be ☰-ish

It reminded me of the Roadsters that could pick their main and contrasting leather colors form a half dozen colors. While volume will not permit the level of customization the early Roadsters had, it would be cool to have a 2-tone option with the ☰ incorporated in 'standard' colors.

Two toned leather seats could help keep cost down when building out the interior.

I could see something like that had they decided to offer a Signature series.
Mind if I tweet the photo to @elonmusk?

Go ahead. I probably would go for leather no matter, but something like this I would for sure upgrade for!

My wife loved the seats in the Model X we saw, white leather with black piping. Every time she mentioned the X, the very next thing she said was she "loved the white seats with black piping!" I hope they're not available on the Model 3 or my wife may compel me to order them.....

There was once a sort of overexposed Photoshop image of the Model X interior... Ah! Here it is:

I really liked how this makes the seats look 'silvery' and the whole interior just a little bit more futuristic. As much as I love a TAN interior, if this sort of look were available for Model ☰ that would be my choice. I would enjoy something with a metallic look to it.
