Sorry but the title of "Fastest bulletproof car" must go to another.......but at least it's still a Tesla. Currently there is a roadster doing 43,861 MPH and no bullet in the world can touch it.

Edit: just realized the thread title does say "on the planet". Well with that caveat I guess my post doesn't count.
