    The EMV Solo may deserve it's own thread.
    The Solo has shipped for USA Compliance Testing and the first Solo Store opens in Vancouver. 8 of 10 pre-production Solos and 1 Solo Racer have been built and are in the process of being track and road tested. The 1000 Signature Series Solos should start rolling out after the upcoming Vancouver Auto Show.

    I look forward to driving the Solo while waiting for my Tesla Model 3 delivery. Currently waiting for both vehicles. :)

    Just remember: the reason why the car has three wheels instead of four is that three-wheeled vehicles are considered motorcycles, and therefore don't have to meet the stringent safety regulations that are required of four-wheeled automobiles.

      Canadian Compliance requires crash testing. We will know exactly how safe this enclosed three wheel motorcycle really is.

      Ontario Ministry of Transportation: Three-Wheeled Vehicles
      Three-wheeled vehicles have fewer safety features than passenger cars.
      While the physical design of three-wheeled vehicles may resemble many safety features of passenger cars (e.g. seat belts, steering wheel, pedals), three-wheeled vehicles are not designed to satisfy the requirements of passenger cars. The safety regulations for three-wheeled vehicles used on roads are set out by the federal government in its Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations Schedule III.


      There are a lot of missing X's in the "Motor Tricycle" column.
