Tesla wasn’t among the companies participating in the White House’s new initiative to create nationwide corridors with charging stations for electric vehicles announced earlier this week. But just as it was announced, Tesla started construction on its own new Supercharging coast-to-coast corridor.

Tesla’s Supercharger network already offers a few routes to travel coast-to-coast, but with the start of construction on 3 new stations, the electric automaker will offer yet another alternative to its owners while also expanding its network in Nebraska. more…

Tesla needs to add one or two more supercharger stations on I-80 in western PA too.

That's been a black hole since the ORIGINAL route.

I see quite a few highways without SCs on that map, including Canada. They need to get on this.

Looking at how bare the map still is in Canada makes me frustrated. The entire 7800 km of the TCH could be covered by about 30 locations. I guess they dont see enough benefit in it yet. Hopefully the fedaral govt will start working with the private sector to ensure level 3 charging cross country. Time for bonds of steel to bring us into the EV age.

I'd really like to see route 10 cutting through the southwest flushed out that's the shortest distance between my parents and where I'll be living next year.
