Greetings from Montana! Just got signed up. Hello!
Hey, welcome to the board!
Hi there, welcome.
Thanks Trevor. I don't have an EV. However, I have always thought that the internal combustion engine (ICE) as outdated technology...many years ago. Technology regarding computers, cell phones & mass media has progressed by leaps & bounds in just the last 20 years and yet, we're still imprisoned by the ICE. EVs are the future of tomorrow... today!!! But ya know, EVERY time I bring up the subject of EVs to people I know, they automatically put down the idea that today's vehicles (ICE) will ever be replaced by EVs. Short sided people. Every new technology that comes on the market is automatically not to be relied upon. Thanks for your model 3 videos Trevor. Keep 'em coming!
Welcome Metal Al !! When having conversations just ask people if they mind paying $3 gallon of gas prices while paying a fraction of that for electricity, because at some point costs will rise, again. Ask people if they have ever driven a EV, if not they don't have any experience on the topic. Ask them if they enjoy gassing up in dead of winter, rain, or HOT weather. I certainly don't. Even with a SC you are out of the car for moments and back in your car again. Smell of gas when filling up exciting?? Didn't think so.....welcome to the revolution !!
Welcome to the board and to the future of transport. The first thing I say to doubters is drive one. Once you feel how an EV accelerates and how quiet it is the emotional connection to the ICE past goes away. The logical reasons are all here or on electrek but I find the this is so amazing feeing people get the first time they get in a tesla is the argument that works best. Cheers.
Totally agree with Daliman!
Welcome, Metal Al!
Never has any other car than a T≡SLA giving me such driving fun, except for a brief joy ride in a Ferrari 360 Modena years ago... yet I would not want to use that as every day car... nor, dare I say, could I afford it !!
How do I find my "reservation number"?
Read, go to the Tesla.com site, look for My Tesla and enter your coordinates...
Hopefully you remember the password you used when you created your account when placing the reservation! ;-)
Worried about cruising in Mt. Lack of charging stations. Born in Cutbank, Mt.
Greetings from Atlanta. I've been hovering around for a couple weeks, but I decided to, finally, join the reindeer games.
Welcome! Greetings from Western Europe!
I'm in Canton so there are at least two of us in the metro area!
Yes! You will have to go through that newly moved Braves stadium traffic, soon! The Model 3 will shine in that stop and go environment!
After I graduated from Georgia State many many years ago I vowed that I would never deal with downtown traffic unless I was getting paid to do it. I will avoid that area like the plague!
The new stadium is supposed to be in Cobb. They are moving some of the traffic further northwest. You may still have to wade through a good deal of traffic or stay away on those days.
Yes, I've watched the stadium being built. Almost all of my daily routine is well north of all that mess. Might have to take in a game or two though!
Hello @Metal Al and welcome to the board! You won't find a nicer place to hang out and "talk Tesla and Model 3" if I do say so myself
New to M3OC. Have enjoyed watching you all on YouTube.
