    Hey guys

I was just browsing through some aftermarket stuff for the Teslas now and I found this on T Sportline's website:

It's just a set of their 115 forged wheels, but it would be interesting to see what they will come up with.

Thoughts on what to expect from T Sportline?

Personally, I think those spokes are way too thin and just don't look all that great on the Model 3.

In fact, looking at the picture on my iPhone it really just looks like the car is riding on tires and brakes.

The picture does show how good the car can look lowered though.

I absolutely love the 115s on the Model S....in fact, it's probably my favorite wheel I've ever seen on the S. Not quite sure if I get the same emotion from this photoshopped 3 on 115s. However, it looks pretty good and better than what I've seen offered on the RC so far in my opinion.

I think the 19" upgrade rims on the Model 3 are gorgeous personally. They were better as 20s, but ultimately still great as 19s

The 20's were staggered (wider rims in the back). But the 19's on the RCs don't appear to be wider in the back. I would actually prefer the 19" diameter if I could still get the same wider width in the back.

You're right, the 19s are not staggered. I do think, especially on a RWD having a wider rim in the back is nice but not a deal breaker on my list.

Yes, while the 19" on the RC are nice, they just lack a little something....could be not being staggered so that's a great point. Since my build will be a P version, I want something a little more aggressive. Will wait and see what Tesla offers as I would prefer to stay stock.

The car comes with wheels. They turn OK. I can't see them from the drivers seat. End of story.

If you want to spend your money to impress other people, have at it hos.

It's not about impressing others. It's about making your car unique. Some like bigger wheels, different color. Because we all know you cant make everyone happy.

Yeah I thought about just spinning the Model 3 exterior color wheel and just select the color that it landed on....since I don't see the color of the exterior of the car from the driver's seat it doesn't matter right? To me, the wheels are just like any other option--I get what I like, period. I don't give a rat's rear what other people think.

T Sportline will probably release a whole bunch of things, as will those other guys, Unplugged Performance, that will never find their way to my car. I understand that some people want to 'personalize' their cars. It's just that most of the time, such efforts make me want to barf.

That is probably the extent of empathy I have for those who think the interior of the Model ☰ is somehow 'too plain' or 'looks cheap'... Because most 'personalization' of modern cars has a strong tendency to 'look stupid' or seem 'too gaudy' to me. Extensive customization of cars built after circa 1982 or so tends to always 'look bad' to me. Though on older cars, I will admit it can 'look cool' instead.

These particular wheels do not look good on the car as pictured here. I figured out why after a bit... It's because they are painted black, on a silver car. Not a good combination for that wheel design at all. Those wheels look much better in either a polished or brushed aluminum finish. Painted wheels most often give me the same feeling as painted wood. I'd rather see the woodgrain, just as I'd prefer to see the metal.

Very well said. I would say 9 times of 10 modified cars go too far and look worse than the OEM spec.

Hmmm... I'd love for that to look good to me... But it doesn't.

I agree... for the same reason I want low profile tires... I don't want black rims.

T-Sportline has put up a Tesla Model 3 Wheel and Tire Guide. It currently contains educated guesses for the specifications of the OEM wheels. I would imagine that the page will be updated as soon as they get their hands on a set of wheels to measure them.

They also show their own version of the Turbine wheel that they plan to offer to fit the Model 3. Looks nice!
