Were you in line? If so what # in line and where?

Did you do it online? What was the experience like? When did you place the reservation?

To get things started, I was in line on 3/31 at the store in the Natick Mall in Natick, Massachusetts. Got there around 8am ET and was about #70 in line.

Reservations started at 10:30am. There were about 225 people in line by the time the doors opened.

I reserved one and am a current Model S owner so I'm hoping to be pretty early on the delivery list (even though we're on the east coast). I hope to order a fairly equipped model but not really wanting the performance models. We shall see what the options are. Even loaded it should cost less than my S I hope.

I was 12th in line I think in Toronto @ the Lawrence location. Didn't really count but it somewhere in there. Tesla Toronto started taking reservations @ 9AM instead of the normal 10AM when they opened. I think that's why it was so fast and smooth for us. I got my email within 1-2 minutes. Not sure if any other stores opened earlier.

By the time we started there was at least 200 people at the door and even more kept showing up after I was leaving. Parking was a nightmare :)

I'm not a Model S owner but depending on the final CAD pricing I hope to be able to get a number of options. Exchange rate right now is brutal compared to a couple of years ago but least our EV rebate program was just revamped so the 3 should qualify for $14K back.

Got to my local dealership in Devon Pa at 8:45 and was about #100 in line. Way more people in line than I expected. There were a few hundred behind me. Doors opened at 10:00 am eastern and was done reservation by 10:55. Very smooth. Less than 30 seconds per person.

I watched the unveil in realtime, then thought about it a bit (too long!). I reserved online, after it passed 253k. I hope I'll still be young enough to be driving when mine comes in (right hand drive) Australia 8<{))

Had to drop the kiddo off at daycare and get my Apple worked on, so didn't get to the store till 11:30, reservation placed around 12:30. Wish I'd gotten there sooner now that I see how far back I'll likely be...

    RN10748xxxx, online, 10:35 (GMT +8), 1st April

Had trouble processing, numerous attempts with AMEX and VISA. Finally accepted VISA, only debited one lot of reservation money, took 24hrs for email and mytesla to reflect RN. Anxious wait, happy now.

I went to Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL on March 31st. I arrived at 9:30. The line was tremendously long, so I decided to leave. I figure there is no need to wait in line, and I live only 10 minutes away. The reservations were going to be taken at 10am.

I went back at 11:30. There was no line, at all. I walked into the showroom, made my deposit and left, all within about two minutes.

    I got my confirmation email

Right at 7:30pm Pacific Time online. Not sure where exactly I would fall in line but I'm guessing not to far down as it had to be one of the first batches of online orders. Also located in Southern California

Online 3/31 @ 7:31 pm PDT shortly after online reservations started. Card was charged and already cleared but I haven't received a confirmation email as of today.

I think I was too excited and wanted to reserve ASAP to get a better place in the queue and had a typo in my email.

I went to a Tesla store the on the weekend giving it 24 hours and they said to call back sometime this week to resolve when they have more capacity. The anxiety ...

3/31 11AM at DC store, was about 40th in line for 2x reservations. I haven't gotten an email confirmation yet, worries me about giving the correct email address. This is Tesla though, so I do not worry. My bank account certainly shows my reservations!

I do plan to check with with the store this week, but no rush. I'm sure they are swamped!
