    I sort've had something similar. I canceled a second reservation and couldn't get in any contact with someone. It kept saying I'd get confirmation in 48 hours, waited 2 weeks, nothing. Submitted another ticket, nothing. Ended up emailing service and a manager called me and straightened things out.
